TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking conditions :

 Credit card details or  a deposit equivalent to the first night stay will secure your booking.This is non-refundable. A confirmation will be sent on receipt of your deposit.

Cancellation Policy :

In the event of cancellation less than 21 days prior to the date of arrival, we reserve the right to charge 75% of the accommodation price unless we are able to resell the room.  Cancellation less than 24hrs or no show will results in full payment of the reservation. Only written cancellation can be accepted. We advise guests to take an insurance  against cancellation.

Check in :

Check in time start at 2 pm and check out will be until 10.00 am. However we would be very happy to look after your luggage and let you full use of the lounge if arrive early or want to leave later on in the day.

Smoking :

We are a totally non-smoking hotel.

Children :

Children under 10 years old will have a 50% discount if sharing the room with 2 adults. Children under 2 are free of charge. We can provide high chairs and cots.

Parking :

We have our own private off-road car park.


Accessibility :

Please note that the Blue Seas is a Regent style Grade II listed property and that there is a 8 steps granite stair to access the building.We do not have a lift to serve the 1 st and 2nd floors.

Broadband :

You are free to use our wi-fi internet connection on your laptop in your room  or our own computer in the lounge during your stay with us.
