TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking conditions :
Credit card details or a deposit equivalent to the first night stay will secure your booking.This is non-refundable. A confirmation will be sent on receipt of your deposit.
Cancellation Policy :
When you make your booking and we have taken a debit or credit card number to secure the booking, a legally binding contract exist between us that is not cancelable and non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances. In the event of cancellation less than 21 days prior to the date of arrival, you may still remain liable to 75% of the accommodation price. Even where you have not paid in full at the time of cancellation, you will remain liable for the full cost.
If for some reason you do need to cancel, is is important that you tell us at the first opportunity so that we may attempt to re-let the room. We will allow you to cancel your booking without penalty if we are able to re-let the room, but you must do so in writing or by email at info@blueseashotel-penzance.co.uk. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation by return.
Please do not consider your booking canceled until your receive our confirmation.
If you do not cancel, but fail to arrive for your stay with us, you agree that the sum due for your stay will be debited from your credit/debit card in full and final settlement.
You should take out a cancellation insurance policy to protect you against possible loss.
Check-in time :
Check in time is from 2pm until 9pm and check-out is until 10am. However we will be happy to look after your luggage and let you full use of the lounge if arrive early or want to leave later in the day.
Smoking:
We are a totally non-smoking hotel.
Children :
Children under 10 years old will have a 50% discount if sharing the room with 2 adults. Children under 2 are free of charge.
Parking :
We have our own private off-road car park.
Accessibility :
Please note that the Blue Seas is a Regent style Grade II listed property and that there is a 8 steps granite stair to access the building.We do not have a lift to serve the 1 st and 2nd floors.

You are free to use our wi-fi internet connection on your laptop in your room or our own computer in the lounge during your stay with us.
