Credit card details or a deposit equivalent to the first night stay will secure your booking.This is non-refundable. A confirmation will be sent on receipt of your deposit.
When you make your booking and we have taken a debit or credit card number to secure the booking, a legally binding contract exist between us that is non-cancellable and non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances. In the event of cancellation less than 14 days prior to the date of arrival, you will still remain liable to 75% of the accommodation price. Even where you have not paid in full at the time of cancellation, you will remain liable for the full cost.
If for some reason you do need to cancel, it is important that you tell us at the first opportunity so that we can attempt to re-let the room.
We will allow you to cancel your booking without penalty if we are able to re-let the room, but you must do so in writing or by email at email@example.com.
We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation by return.
Please do not consider your booking cancelled until your receive our confirmation.
If you do not cancel, but fail to arrive for your stay with us, you agree that the sum due for your stay will be debited from your credit/debit card in full and final settlement.
You should take out a cancellation insurance policy to protect you against possible loss.
Check in time is from 2pm until 9pm and check-out is until 10.30am. However we will be happy to look after your luggage and let you full use of the lounge if arrive early or want to leave later in the day.
We are a totally non-smoking hotel.
We have our own private off-road car park.
Please note that the Blue Seas is a Regency style Grade II listed property and that there is a 8 steps granite stair to access the building.We do not have a lift to serve the 1 st and 2nd floors.If we can be of any more help regarding your holiday arrangements or anything you feel we should be made aware of in order to ensure your comfort and safety whilst you are with us, please let us know.
You are free to use our wi-fi internet connection on your laptop in your room or our own computer in the lounge during your stay with us.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept pets at the Blue Seas.
